FOUNDER - LIFE & TEAM COACHING & MENTORING

Benny originally qualified with a B.A. in Arts, Philosophy, and Filming Theory and continued his journey of search and observation by studying professional Ontology Coaching. He is a graduate of the Coaching Excellence School for Ontology Coaching of the Emotion Company.

During that time Benny developed the unique method that is Cinema Therapy – a direct but breakthrough method in therapy to bring results in business and personal life.

Benny is certified in Professional practice of Life & Business coaching, in Professional practice of Team training and in Cinema Therapy and introduces an authentic approach to working with people at all levels.

Isabel Maria Reca Moreno, our chef, combines Ayurvedic principles with Orthomolecular Medicine. This is a nutrition plan that consumes essential substances for the prevention of disease.

Everything that makes up this way of eating is totally balanced, calculating the nutrients, proteins, and vitamins that we need every day.

Fear and prior suffering of animals are stored in the bio memory of their cells and when ingested, can manifest in your life as depression and suffering, our nutrition plan is therefore completely Vegan.




Rocio Martinez Sanchez
RETREAT ASSISTANT - MEDITATION FACILITATOR & YOGA TEACHER

Rocio is a motivated Yoga teacher with advanced training in Yin, Restorative, and Ashtanga Yoga and specializes in Hatha Yoga.

Influenced by her teachers, peers, environment, and travels she aims to convey a unique sense of empowerment to each of her classes. Through intention, meditation, pranayama, and asana, Rocio’s goal is to retain her students to leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed.

Her desire is to address people the fundamentals of yoga so that they can reduce stress and increase pleasure in their lives. Rocio’s teaching style is gentle, basic, and present, developing a peaceful and inviting environment for her students.
