We primarily focus on and facilitate two kinds of yoga practices:

Kundalini Yoga :

It’s a core practice in our retreats and the major factor of our detox, Tantras, pranayama, and life awaking programs experience fighting emotional stress by balancing the entire nervous system of the body and awakening spiritual thoughts.
Practice routine of Kundalini yoga and meditation in our retreats will increase your focus and concentration by awakening and further aligning various chakras in the body.
